Hadijah mohamed
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Hadijah is the Executive Director of Community Voice Alliance (CVA), where she leads the organization's operations, financial management, and strategic initiatives aimed at empowering youth and young women to realize their full potential. A seasoned humanitarian professional, Hadijah brings extensive expertise in Accountability to Affected People (AAP), community engagement, and program coordination. Before her role at CVA, she served as the AAP Program Coordinator at CLEAR Global in Nigeria, where she played a key role in leading the Community Engagement, Accountability, and Localization Working Group (CEAL WG). Additionally, Hadijah has worked with prominent organizations such as IOM in Nigeria on WASH programs, CARE International in Yemen on Emergency Response initiatives, ACTED in Somalia and Mogadishu on WASH, and Save the Children in Wajir, Kenya, focusing on Health and Education projects. Her diverse experience across multiple sectors reflects her commitment to driving impactful humanitarian efforts in complex settings.
